Programs
All our programs begin with Family/Individual Empowerment Day, and this begins the education, strategy development, and lays the foundation for ongoing support. This Orientation and Workable Solutions training begins the process of changing the participant’s ineffective thought structures, self-concepts, and belief systems to positive action based on the new Family and Life Plan created by the team. By creating an empowered environment, it allows the participant to problem solve and set obtainable goals while positively interacting with their family.
Family/Individual Empowerment Day
The entire family completes this Orientation and Workable Solutions Training Session and establishes a new positive family foundation. The Coach creates new sound relationships with each member of the family and empowers the family to have stronger relationships with each other. During Orientation, the coach educates on Positive Communications, Coping Skills, Stress Management, and Workable Solutions Training. They then create a Family Plan, which holds everyone responsible for their actions. When the participant (adolescent or adult) changes their ineffective though structures, self-concepts, and belief systems, they are more easily able to change their habits. They become more successful in school and life. After the solution training session, the family will utilize the Problem Solving Strategy and the team will create a Life Plan with clear expectation, compromises, agreements, and contract. The participant sets realistic professional, social, physical, and educational goals. This empowers them to live a more healthy life in face of normal day-to-day stress.
Before Care Program
Adolescents, Adults, and Families are given Workable Solutions to effect change in their families and enable them to attempt to prevent and or stabilize a crisis situation. The time before sending a participant (adolescent or adult) into a program can very difficult, and with the help of this program the transition can run more smoothly. It also sets the tone for coaching during and after the program. This puts the family’s relationships first, and it allows for the most success throughout the entire process from start to finish.
During Care Program
This is a powerful program for parents to begin to change the environment while the participant (adolescent or adult) is at a program. It enables the family to have the time to improve the home setting without the previous stress of the crisis. It allows the parents to begin in the “Right Direction” before the participant returns home. This allows for a more comfortable transition back into the home and allows for the family to build stronger relationships in the face of crisis.
After Care Program
This program offers the perfect passage for participants (adolescent or adult) and their families to transition back into to their homes after completing a wilderness program, boarding school, or any other treatment facility. As the participant has worked to empower themselves in a program, a family now has a chance to work more intensely on the home environment while building stronger relationships. The participant and the family are able to continue in the “Right Direction” with their Life Plan and Family Plan.
Family/Individual Empowerment Week
This weeklong intensive helps empower not only the participant (adolescent or adult) but the family as well. In a weeks time the family/individual will master positive communication, coping skills, stress management, and Workable Solutions training.
